  • Tenant have access to the residential portal 24/7 for rent payments, maintenance request and more. Additional help is available by contacting one of our staff members.

    1. Please complete, or have your client fill the online application
    2.Upload a picture  of a state-issued identification card (driver's license).
    3. send a copy of the lease signed by all parties in a single PDF.
    4. There is an application fee ($100.00 per person over 18 residing in the unit).
    Once the online application has been submitted, we will process the application and turn it over to you generally within 48 hours, sometimes sooner, rarely longer.
